Bikram's Beginning Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. For Beginners to Advanced Students.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates with high-intensity interval training. it is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees fahrenheit and 40% humidity. It creates long lean muscles mass, burns fat and increases fitness. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It's performed on a yoga mat with zero impact.
 
Prepare to challenge yourself at a new level, listen to your body, pay attention to your breath, and laugh at how challenging it is.
This Bikram Yoga class is led by a demonstrating teacher. The class is mostly silent with some instruction and corrections. It is recommended that newer students take a minimum of 10 regular Bikram Yoga Classes before attending this class.

This is a beginner friendly/All level class • 100ºF • 90 min

Core40 is selection of 40 Ghosh Yoga and 4 Vinyasa postures, most performed twice, in a flow (rather than static) series. It includes salutations, arm-balancing and inversions.

This class builds on and will deepen your practice, understanding, and appreciation of the basic Beginning Bikram Yoga class.

 

Beats Express class is the our Express Bikram Beginners Yoga sequence of postures in a 60 minute format set to a chill soundtrack. The teacher leads from the mat and there is very little instructions. Just come to your mat and go with the flow.
 
One long set of most posture. It is recommended that students practice a minimum of ten 90 minute Bikram Beginners Yoga classes before taking any 60 minute classes. 
This 2 hour Bikram's Beginning Class are taught by our most experienced teachers. The format will include demonstrations, alignment assistance and posture discussions DURING class to help improve your utility of the postures. Learn helpful hints and tips and ask questions to get the most from your practice. 
Reenergize and revitalize yourself and your practice. You will burn, transform and love the way you feel. This class is based on the Journey Into Power sequence.
 
All-levels. 90-95 degrees
