PRIVATE LESSON

Reenergize and revitalize yourself and your practice. You will burn, transform and love the way you feel. This class is based on Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power sequence and set to a homemade soundtrack that is sure to get your weekend started right.
Beats Express class is the our Express Bikram Beginners Yoga sequence of postures in a 60 minute format set to a chill soundtrack. The teacher leads from the mat and there is very little instructions. Just come to your mat and go with the flow.
 
One long set of most posture. It is recommended that students practice a minimum of ten 90 minute Bikram Beginners Yoga classes before taking any 60 minute classes.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates with high-intensity interval training. it is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees fahrenheit and 40% humidity. It creates long lean muscles mass, burns fat and increases fitness. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It's performed on a yoga mat with zero impact.
 
Prepare to challenge yourself at a new level, listen to your body, pay attention to your breath, and laugh at how challenging it is.
