Bikram Yoga 90min
Bikram's Beginning Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. For Beginners to Advanced Students.
Dress Code: Shorts highly recommended. Long pants and long sleeves discouraged in this class. Set yourself up for success and read the FAQ at http://bikramyogameyerland.com/FAQs

Bikram Beats 60min
Beats Express class is the our Express Bikram Beginners Yoga sequence of postures in a 60 minute format set to a chill soundtrack. The teacher leads from the mat and there is very little instructions. Just come to your mat and go with the flow.
One long set of most posture. It is recommended that students practice a minimum of ten 90 minute Bikram Beginners Yoga classes before taking any 60 minute classes.
Power Yoga 60min
Reenergize and revitalize yourself and your practice. You will burn, transform and love the way you feel. This class is based on the Journey Into Power sequence.
All-levels. 90-95 degrees
